Barbara Anna CHRIST married Michael HAUSER.

Barbara, widow of Michael Hauser who died at the residence of her son Theodore in Alsace, was 84 years of age and was formerly a well known resident of this city. Her husband died 27 years ago. Mrs. Hauser was a native of Reading and lived here until last January since which time she has made her home with her son. Deceased was one of the oldest members of St. Paul's Catholic Church. She was ailing with heart trouble for some time and that was the cause of her death. These children remain: Barbara, wife of Matthias Mayer of Wisconsin, Mary, wife of ex Chief of Police Peter Cullen, Mrs. Theresa Steckler of this city and Theodore Hauser of Alsace. Mrs. Hauser was the last of her family, a sister Sarah having died last August. The latter was in her 87th year at the time of her demise. The remains of Mrs. Hauser were brought to the home of her daughter, Mrs. Steckler, 1018 Centre Avenue, by Funeral Director F.F. Seidel.
