Richard GRIFFOR obituary in the Wyandotte News Herald:

Richard Griffor, for many years an employee of the J. H. Bishop Company in it's rug and robe factory, died on Thursday night of last week at his home, 1124 First Street. He was 88 years of age.

He leaves a daughter, Mrs. Rose Barkey, at whose home he resided; and five sons, David Griffor, Anthony and Joseph of this city, Archie of Detroit and Henry of Trenton. There are also 17 grandchildren and a like number of great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at St. Elizabeth Church on Monday morning, followed by burial at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
