Bad spot in track just west of first road crossing east of M P 39. Also first curve west of M P 38 getting rough and out of line – wish you to repair same at once. The track for a short distance ahead of where you are putting in ties east of M P 43, is very flat, give this a 3 or 4 inch lift.
