Michael and Mary had 11 children: John Nelson, Mary, Elizabeth Ellen, Hugh, Hamilton D., George W., Charity and Clarissa (twins), Andrew J., Malinda  J., and Walter W. [died of swamp fever/malaria]

Michael lived on a farm two miles south of Clinton, Indiana at the east end of the road, just south of Easytown.
